betsos Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the betsos platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, and any associated betsos services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as the betsos Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the betsos platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betsos platform. Continued use of betsos following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of betsos is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously for as long as you maintain a betsos account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gambling and sports wagering.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of betsos, its affiliates, technology providers, or game studios whose products are offered on the betsos platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether initiated voluntarily through your betsos account or imposed by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.

betsos reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by betsos will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

To access the full range of betsos services, you must complete the betsos account registration process. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, and to update that information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one (1) betsos account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. betsos employs technical and manual controls to identify and merge or close duplicate accounts.

• Username & Password: You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your betsos login credentials. betsos will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.
• KYC Verification: betsos operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, UMID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of your nominated payment method (e.g., screenshot of your GCash account registered under your verified name).

• betsos does not accept bets from users who possess material non-public information relating to the outcome of a sporting event or game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on betsos and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one betsos account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the KYC process
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the betsos platform in an unauthorised manner
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate game or market outcomes
• Attempting to launder money or process criminal proceeds through the betsos platform

All content on the betsos platform — including but not limited to the betsos brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of betsos or its licensed technology and content partners. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betsos platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any betsos content without prior written authorisation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any betsos software or technology
• Use betsos's trademarks, trade names, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written consent
• Frame or mirror any betsos content on any other website or platform

betsos collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using betsos, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the betsos Privacy Policy.

betsos processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account management and authentication, KYC and age verification, fraud detection and anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and personalised product recommendations. betsos does not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betsos, its officers, directors, employees, agents, technology partners, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the betsos platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of betsos services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or regulatory action
• Any unauthorised access to your betsos account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• The outcome of any bet, wager, or game played on the betsos platform
• Any third-party content, services, or payment processing delays

betsos's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betsos account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betsos is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, betsos encourages you to use the responsible gaming tools available directly within your betsos account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your betsos account to manage your spending.

• The account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity
• Regulatory or legal obligations require betsos to do so
• Continuation of the account relationship poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to betsos

Users who wish to voluntarily close their betsos account may do so at any time by contacting betsos support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of betsos, you agree to first contact betsos customer support via live chat to seek an informal resolution. betsos will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving written notice of the complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree that it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, in the venue where betsos's primary operational address is situated.

betsos reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betsos will notify registered users by posting a notice on the betsos platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the betsos platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the betsos platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.
